Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your production is finished and your order is ready for shipping. 

International Shipping

Shipping to Europe is DDP which means clients have no duties or import taxes to add upon delivery, please not VAT is added only in Switzerland. 

For other countries and continents your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Be To BE is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Please  contact us before placing your order to provide a shipping quote and discuss shipping conditions. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status only for DHL or Fedex shipping.

For orders shipped by van or camion you will receive an email with a packing slip as soon as the order is loaded.

Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 to 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at myorder@betobe.ch  with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

Most of the products are curated and produced based on your order, if they are broken or defective they can be returned and exchanged. If you simply don’t like them and wish to return them, a call with our team is necessary and a full return is only possible in exceptional cases.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us within 10 days upon delivery  at myorder@betobe.ch with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
